Giving thanks

I worry that I don't always put it out there coherently enough - in the midst of the hustle of field work and the bustle of market activity - that I am forever grateful for the wonderful and diverse collection of people that both support this farm and challenge me to better it.  There are so many ways, and moments, that your kindnesses and thoughtfulness make all the difference.

I've written before that community supported agriculture is, by a long shot, the most intricate, exciting, minorly devastating, joyful, anxiety-inducing, heart-lifting, heart-breaking, messy and meaningful thing I've had the pleasure and privilege of learning and trying to do well, and it's the community part that grounds and nurtures all of that I think.  And it's great to be doing it with all of you.  I hope you feel the same.

So, thank you!  It's not always easy, but then again, sometimes it absolutely is.  Enjoy the sunshine everyone!
